Refund Policy
Thank you for entering the Great Highnam Court Run. As a community-run fundraising event organised by volunteers, we kindly ask all participants to read our refund policy carefully before booking.
Entry Fees
All entry fees help support the organisation of the event and fundraising for Highnam Court Cricket Club and community facilities.
Refunds

Entries are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for:

Injury or illness
-
Change of plans
-
Inability to attend
-
Travel disruption
-
Incorrect ticket purchases

Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your place to another runner up to 7 days before the event, subject to approval by the organisers.
All transfer requests must be submitted by email and include the new participant’s details.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, safety concerns or force majeure, we will endeavour to:

Rearrange the event date where possible, or

Offer partial refunds where financially viable after unavoidable event costs have been deducted.
Please note that as a small volunteer-led event, some costs are incurred in advance and may not be recoverable.
Changes to the Event
The organisers reserve the right to alter:

Routes
-
Event format
-
Race distances
where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
