Yes, the 5K is ideal for first-time runners.
Yes, in the Canicross category only. If you bring a dog, you will be required to pick up any dog mess.
Bags will be provided.
There will also be dog treats, water and lots of fusses available for your canine companion (if you allow us to!)
Yes — food, drinks and stalls will be available.
Water stations will be available at the start/finish lines as well as dotted around the course.
Food will be available to purchase from vendors attending the event.
Unfortunately due to the terrain of the Court gardens, the course is not wheelchair accessible.
The Cricket Club and the rest of the Court gardens are fully accessible.
Yes - the toilets adjacent to the Highnam Community centre will be open. There is space for changing there too. The cricket club does have new shower cubicles which can also be used for changing/showering.
Yes! We welcome spectators - and this year, Higham Court have kindly allowed spectators to sit within the gardens too!
Yes! We would love you to support a charity of your choice. We have provided a donation form on our website for you to use if you wish.
Please liaise directly with your chosen charity to set up a way for people to sponsor you and so you can pass the funds you raise to your charity of choice, directly.

To ensure all funds raised through ticket sales are used to support the development of the cricket club, we are looking for local businesses to support the event.
